Open form and guidanceRHW25 — limited two-month fixed-term break notice
Official landlord break-clause notice for narrowly specified Welsh fixed-term standard occupation contracts.
Not a general two-month eviction notice; check section 194(1), the type of fixed term and all statutory conditions.

Applicable only to the particular break-clause notice; verify proper withdrawal and service.

Notice for a Welsh landlord who believes a contract-holder has abandoned the dwelling and proposes to end the contract.
Mere absence is not proof of abandonment; investigate and meet prescribed notice and representation procedure.
Open official Welsh formRHW28 — termination following abandonment

Must not be used solely because the property appears empty; statutory enquiries, previous RHW27 and waiting period matter.

Use when landlord identity changes; RHW4 covers change of address only.
Open official Welsh formRHW30 — end non-occupying joint holder rights

Open form and guidanceRHW32 — proposed court order for prohibited conduct
Tell a joint contract-holder that the landlord intends to seek an order ending that person's rights for prohibited conduct.
Alleged conduct alone is not a court order; section 55 statutory procedure and supporting evidence are required.
Open form and guidanceRHW33 — notice to other joint contract-holders
Notify other joint contract-holders that a landlord intends court action against one holder for prohibited conduct.
Notice to other joint holders, not to the allegedly offending holder; see RHW32 for that separate notice.

Only for qualifying introductory contracts and a lawful extension, subject to statutory timing.

Official notice before asking a Welsh court to impose a prohibited conduct standard occupation contract.
A notice of intended court application, not itself an order; alleged conduct and legal grounds must be established.
