If we get something wrong, tell us

We correct
If published information is materially wrong, we aim to correct it.
We clarify
Where needed, a correction or update note may be added for future readers.
Requesting a correction
Please use our Contact page and, where possible, include:
- the article title and URL;
- the statement you believe is wrong;
- what you believe the correct information should be; and
- any reliable evidence or source supporting the correction.
Supporting evidence is especially helpful where the issue concerns legislation, official guidance, statistics, dates or technical information.
What we will correct
Examples of issues that may require correction or clarification include:
- incorrect factual statements;
- inaccurate descriptions of legislation or official guidance;
- incorrect figures, dates or attributions;
- information that has become significantly outdated; or
- wording that creates a materially misleading impression.
A difference of opinion does not necessarily amount to a factual error.
Updates are not always corrections
Property information changes over time.
An article that was accurate when published may later need updating because legislation, government guidance, taxation, planning policy, statistics or market information has changed.
In those circumstances we may update the article without treating the earlier version as an editorial error.
Minor spelling, grammar and formatting changes will not normally carry a formal correction notice.
Editorial complaints
You can also contact us if you have a broader concern about the accuracy or presentation of Property Front Page editorial material.
Please identify the article, explain the issue clearly and tell us what you believe should be corrected or clarified.
Submitting a complaint does not automatically mean material will be removed or changed. Property Front Page retains editorial responsibility for what it publishes, subject to applicable law and our commitment to accuracy.
Property Front Page does not claim membership of a press regulator or external complaints body unless this is expressly stated on the website.
Raise a correction or complaint
Please give us enough information to identify the article and understand the issue. If you have reliable supporting evidence, include that too.
